At TVO ILC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your TVO ILC account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in unused, resalable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
